The Basics
Hey I am from louisville ky and i ain't a country person! i like hip hop, rap, punk rock, and very little pop! i was a cheerleader for about 3 years and thats it!!! I hate it too much to continue! I also play softball! I am going to HS now! Yea!

How I Got Started!
ok i first worried bout weight when i entered middle school. i went to try on jeans and noticed i didn't fit my regular kids size and juniors were too long. so i started the normal healthy eating and exercising diet which lasted a week cause i was not motovated enough. but the best thing was most of the girls who surrounded me was heavy so i just didn't bother. then over the summer i got about 2 inches taller and added about 20 pounds. so by 7th grade i was 115-125. I never bothered really wit diets till i was going on vacation and i bout a bikiki to motovate myslef to loose weight. i ate really healthy and stopped with sodas and exercised a lot in a 3 week period i lost about 10 pounds. then i entered the 8th grade after i gained 20 pounds over the summer and was at 140. I finally made the school cheer squad and also had my optimist cheer squad. I looked at the other girls in small and extra small shorts and i had ordered a medium but got bleach on them and my mom went out and bout a large cuz the medium was a little tight. I hated bein so skinny so i actually did wut i could to make our coach make me run. I lost about 10 pounds from all that cheering while eating like a pig and drinking 5 cans or soda a day. Finally i was blessed by teen people magazine and saw an article of pro ana sites. it had a little pic of Totally In Control and i was lucky enough to find it on the web. so i began to starve self all day until i got home from cheer practice at 5:00 and i ate a small dinner and went and worked out for 30 minutes to an hour. Now here i am. 10 months later with a site at 132 and working on my goal.


well now it's all changed! i will jus be dieting!!
